Your allocation is deployed into the package, with no separate capital repayment at maturity; profit distributions are paid across the 10-month term (operating window 260–330 days). A buffer of up to +60 days is allowed for construction variability, with any changes communicated in advance through your dashboard.

Yes. While your allocation stays deployed for the full term, accrued profit can be withdrawn through your dashboard — a test withdrawal (up to A$500, one per package allocation) any time, or a normal profit withdrawal, available once your accrued profit reaches your original allocation amount. Withdrawals are reviewed and typically processed within 3–15 business days. A normal profit withdrawal before maturity reduces that allocation's future daily distribution rate by 50%. Test withdrawals up to A$500 do not reduce the rate.

There are no management, performance, exit, or hidden fees. Accrued profits are paid in full — there are no performance fees, exit fees, or hidden charges.

Accruals begin on the day your funds clear and your allocation is confirmed. Each daily accrual is visible in your dashboard from that point forward.
